Definitions:
In this Agreement, "we", "our", and "us" refer to Axiom Solutions, LLC, its employees, and agents. "You" and "your" refer to the member, its employees, and agents.

License, Terms and Conditions:
This License Agreement including all other provisions in this Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either and individual or an entity) and Axiom Solutions, LLC. By using the information contained in the axiomcpl™ Library, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The member who is purchasing this agreement is granted permission to use and/or allow the member’s company employees to use the content of the library under his/her supervision, subject to the following limitations:

1. All of the axiomcpl™ Library content is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest is and remains vested in Axiom Solutions, LLC.
2. You may not rent, loan, lease, sell, transfer, donate, assign or make available in any manner all or part of the Library's on line, electronic, or printed material content to anyone or entity other than those who are authorized as users in this agreement. Furthermore, you may not or allow those authorized to use this product to reverse engineer any of the software contained in the library.
   
3. You may not copy the library's content or authorize your employees or company associates to copy the software details, sections and blocks except as noted under the Copyright section. Republication or redistribution of the software details, sections and blocks contained in the axiomcpl™ Library and any of it's content is strictly prohibited.
4. You may not authorize your employees or company associates to copy the details, sections or blocks contained in the Library for personal use.
5. You may not make the Library product available at any time to multiple and simultaneous use by more users than the number of licenses paid for in the Agreement when you sign up for membership.
6. Failure to comply with some or all of this Agreement will result in termination of this license to use the Library.
7. In case of termination of license, whether by failure to comply with this Agreement or by terminating your membership, you must delete and destroy all software relating to this product license.
8. Once you sign up for membership, and have paid for the membership subscription term, refunds will be evaluated for cancelled or terminated membership on a case by case basis.
9. The membership subscription and fee for the axiomcpl™ Library are semi-annual(6 months). The first semi-annual fee is paid at the time of sign-up. All memberships and subscriptions expire at the end of each 6 month subscription period after you sign up for membership. See Membership Fee Schedule for more explanations.
10. The membership subscription fee may be adjusted without a prior notice for each of the following 6 month subscription period.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:
The software product in the axiomcpl™ Library is supplied to the purchasing member “AS IS” and you as the member acknowledge that it may or may not contain errors. It is the final and total responsibility of the design professional to review and evaluate every detail, block, commentary, articles, or calculations that are used by the member on any and all of the member's projects pertaining to but not limited to the following: member sizes whether called out or not on the details, connections, bolts, welds, nailing requirements, member thicknesses, tolerances, arrangements, quantities, dimensions, codes, code references, material specifications or construction means and methods. Axiom Solutions, LLC makes no recommendations or endorsement with respect to the specific use of these details, blocks, commentary, articles, or calculations for specific projects nor takes any responsibility for final assembly of construction documents, addendums, or field change orders that contain these suggested Library details. The Library contains technical details and drawings that are intended to be used by trained professionals who have knowledge and understanding of structural design and material mechanics. Axiom Solutions, LLC disclaims and excludes any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, merchantability, title, fitness, or suitability of the library product with respect to any particular use, purpose or application. Axiom Solutions, LLC does not warrant that the library product will satisfy your requirements and does not warrant that the operation of the library will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall Axiom Solutions LLC, any of its employees or agents in any case be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of those damages. Neither Axiom Solutions LLC, nor any of its employees or agents are responsible for lost profits or revenue, loss of use of the library product, loss of time due to server interruptions and down-time, loss of data, costs associated with re-creating any lost data or the cost of substitute software.

This website is owned by Axiom Solutions, LLC. All content included in this website (including the axiomcpl™ Library), such as details, sections, blocks, commentary, articles, text, graphics, logos, drawings and images are developed and owned by Axiom Solutions, LLC and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions (Effective date of copyright registration: April 19, 2005). Therefore, you as the purchasing member of the library must treat the library product like any other copyrighted material such as music recordings, books or literature. You may not modify, copy, post, reproduce, transmit or distribute any material without the prior written consent from Axiom Solutions, LLC. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal penalties. All rights not specifically granted under this Agreement are reserved by Axiom Solutions, LLC. Axiomcpl™ is a trademark of Axiom Solutions, LLC.

Axiom Solutions, LLC is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our members to do the same. If you believe that any or part of the axiomcpl™ Library has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.

Privacy Statement:
We value you as a member and we are committed to your privacy. Adhering to an effective privacy policy is an important part of our commitment to you. We do not share or sell personal information with any other organization. We do not allow those we do business with or who we are associated with to use our member information for their own marketing or advertising purposes. We provide prospective and existing members with the same protection of personal information.
